“Can a guy and a girl just be friends?”

A rupee worth question (Is it worth it?), a central theme for inspiration to thousands of directors who spend their millions in nearly tons of motion pictures released around the globe, which ricochets in the mind of a youngster constantly. What happens in the blockbuster stories is known to everybody but the butting (read it butt-busting) fact is that no matter in what way they show you, a guy always falls in love with a girl and not to forget the butcher manufactured killer line “and they lived happily ever after…”(where?)

The morale of the story is “Every Juliet meets her Romeo (ahem pardon me for my mistake…maybe another Juliet).” But the point is “Do they really do justice to the theme?”

In most of the cases they say ‘our story is about a guy and a girl and how they fall in love’ (guess they just don’t want to say “We believe that it has been scientifically proven that when a guy meets a girl it is bound to happen that there is a sudden surge of thoughts in the guys mind to kill hundreds of people, jump off the cliffs, do anything for the sake his love rises out of thin air”).

I don’t say that love is bullshit. It’s an emotion and has its own virtues. But there exists a thing called friendship.

Misinterpreted as it is, but friends share every feeling in the world. There is nothing like a good or bad friend, friends are just friends. But people will never listen only speak nonsense.
Ok guys! Be honest with yourself and answer this “How many times it has happened that you saw a girl with a young male companion and moved away without any comments or remarks on the boy that either he is his boy friend?”
Was it really necessary to tag the one in any relationship without even knowing him?
Think about it.
Shared after having an hour long conversation with an old friend of mine who was beaten in public accused of being the boyfriend to some girl. The guy never had any such intentions as they were just friends and he went to help her as a friend in some personal matter. Sadly there was no one to hear his part and he was thrashed badly by a bunch of morons when he was accused and situation went out of control.Nobody listened to even the girl. Seriously people, you need to grow up. Get well soon gentlemen!!

Baadal

Wo raat ke baadal jo bade gumar mein itraate hain,
mast mausam mein jab chaand ko wo chupate hain,
to dil ke armaan phir se jaag jaate hain,
ek jhalak uske dikhne par hum machal jaate hain,
Kuch baat hai chandni raaton mein jo kuch yaad jagate hain.

Wo raat ke badal matwale se,
Thode ghane ghungrale se,
Lukchup kar Chand churate hain,
Aaj bhi wo itrate hain,
Aur hum chandni raaton mein,
Mand mand muskate hain,
Kuch naya raag gungunate hain,
Jo suna nahi wo sunate hain,
Akele hi ab gaate hain.

Burn one, cut one, till we crush popcorn

Burn one, cut one, till we crush popcorn

I can blame but not better than the ones in whites,
Those who ate all up and now proclaim their rights,
Who thrive on our money and dwell in the brights,
the servant with fruits and master with blights.

I wonder why they keep asking me to pay,
for the price of my ever  rising dismay,
they tell us to keep hope  as there is  a crisis to bear,
and add every year few more drops of tears.

Whom to call when even justice  betrays,
Over black coated mascots of devils that says,
Whatever i prove is the truth among lies,
hence wit wins over justice and money over lives.

But I do live in a world of consummate daydreamers,
Who dwell on gossips and avoid the facts,
who admire the glamour and publicity hikes,
who socialize on ‘facebook’ and drool over ‘likes’.

For whom ‘today’s newspaper’ equals ‘tomorrow’s trash’,
For whom the country's beauty lies in ‘shahrukh’ and ‘aish’,
For who just a ‘bottle’ and petty parties are “matter”,
Those who live in ‘twitter’ and its endless platter.

So I don’t care nor hate nor scorn,
Burn one, cut one till we crush the popcorn,
Well it’s true that ‘$#!t Happens’ and it always will,
But who care if we lie in a ‘$#!thole’ still,
As they are the cats and we are the mice,
Lets hope for “sugar, spice and everything nice”.
