Of all the world that i bought,
it was a flower that gave me peace,

Zakhm
Main to boond tha sajoya,
main to sari raat soya,
sooraj ki halki roshani ne,
kuch waqt pehle jagaya,
phir jaane kha se kaise,
ek jhoka zor se jo meri daal ko yun cheda,
na jaane kab aur kaise main zameen pe aaya
abhi to main hara hun, abhi to main bhara hun,
bas thodi hi dur bikhra hua,
abhi uss ped se jhada hun.
har toote patte ki tarah meri bas ek hi aas hai,
aasman nahi to kewal ek daal ki pyaas hai,
pankh nahi to kewal ek sahare ki talash hai,
warna meri ye zindagi, bas ek sukhi laash hai.

5 Fears that can Destroy an Artist (copied)
#1 Self-Doubt (What if I’m not good enough?)
This is probably the number one fear of any creative professional. After all, we are not creating necessities but luxuries for the most part. As much as our art enriches our life and the lives of others, it remains something that we (at least as consumers) could probably live without.
When money is tight, luxuries such as purchasing books, music, tickets to performances, and artwork are often the first to go. We are not doctors, teachers, or even farmers–we don’t create or provide a service that people can’t live without. As artists, we are well aware of this fact which only seems to fuel our sense of self-doubt. At times we can’t help but feel well. . . expendable
What if no one wants to buy my work?
The cure for self-doubt is surprisingly not success. The world is filled with famous and successful artists, writers, and musicians that are still riddled with depression and feelings of self-doubt. Unfortunately, for the majority of us, this is not something that ever completely goes away. Instead we have to find a way to live with this doubt and value the creative process as much as the work itself.
#2 I’m not original enough (someone else is doing it better)
While it may be true that all the great themes in art and literature have already been done before a thousand times over, it’s always possible to bring something entirely new to the process.
Let’s face it, writers and artists have been borrowing from their creative ancestors since there has been a thing called art. Even Shakespeare borrowed almost all of his work from other writers, but in the end, there is little question that he made them distinctively his own.
“Those who do not want to imitate anything, produce nothing.” ~Salvador DaliStop trying to constantly reinvent the wheel. Instead use it, learn from it, model it, and then create your own version of it. Don’t worry about being seen as an imitator. We have all learned our art from those who have come before us. Embrace it and create a version of it that is true for you.
#3 People won’t take me seriously as an artist
“Art is a hobby and not a real job”
The truth is that your career as an artist is only as serious as you take it. Do you work at it as your “job” or do you only work at it occasionally as your “hobby”? How much work do you really put into it daily? If you were your boss, would you pay yourself for the effort that you are currently making?Having to deal with you friends and family (especially parents) can be particularly tough when it comes to them seeing you as a working artist. The bottom line however is that they will take you and your art as seriously as they see you taking it. In other words, if they see you putting in 10-15 hours day after day working not only on your art, but marketing your art as well, they will begin to see you as a “working artist” rather than just their kid who
“I’m afraid that my friends and family will be disappointed in me”
does art.
#4 People will steal my work or my ideas
One of the biggest fears that artists have when I ask about them selling their work online is that they are afraid that people are going to steal their work or their ideas. While there’s no doubt this does happen, far too many artists are using this as an excuse to stay out of the online marketplace all together.
Yes, people steal ideas all the time. You do it, I do it, and every artist under the sun has done it at some point. We look for ideas that speak to us and then we use them to spark our imagination. We’re not talking about these people, however, we’re talking about the real thieves who simply take stuff off the internet and pass it off as their own.Although this is certainly a real problem, you also have to realize that these
artistic parasites are a very small minority of the online population. 98% of the people looking at your work online have no intent of stealing your work, they are simply enjoying it and maybe, just maybe, they might be interested in buying it.
#5 My work is never as good as I imagined it would be
No artist is ever completely satified with their work. Some pieces you will always like better than others but the pursuit of perfection is only a mirage that keeps you from moving on.
“Art is never finished, only abandoned.” ~Leonardo da Vinci
At some point, however, you have to let it go and move on. You have to accept the fact that even the greatest authors, composers, musicians, and artists were still unsatisfied with their masterpieces in some way. Perfection is an illusion that will eventually consume you if you let it. Think of each piece that you create as a stepping stone on a much longer journey. You will never get to the next stage of development as an artist unless you are willing to set that piece aside and move on to the next.
Just let it go.
Live your art

So close yet so far
I ran far to find my ship,
the ship that sailed to the dreamy shore,
never did i sail, as i waited for the one,
only i ran, more and more...
The best idea is to implement it..don't think much.
The worse will be failure but if you don't start you will never win. Understand that patience is important only when understand the risks. Waiting too much never pays.

Evolution
I consider myself as a dreamer, but others prefer to call me mad and useless. I don't blame them. I chose to think differently but they didn't. Actually I believe in existence of diversification in this infinite universe. I question and try to reason everything I fail to understand. The thoughts and beliefs rattle inside me and frequently collide with the simple sense of positiveness often referred as intuition.
I think beyond what people told me to call reality. What I believe is what I understand. I frequently overlook the facts but as time progresses I develop too. Its like thinking beyond one dream to design the another.
I feel complete, I feel free.
I am a free mind.

Yaadein
Na jane jyun main tujhko bhul nahi pata,
jo dard hai mujh mein wo ghul nahi pata,
yun to hazaro chehre yaad nahi ab mujhko magar,
jo dil se nikla hi nahi usse kabhie bhul nai pata.
khwahishon ke toofan mein nishan mit te chale gaye,
channd sikke khushiyon ke raaston mein girte chale gaye,
humne jo samajh kar jhooth kiya darkinaar jise,
unhi raaston ki baaton ko ye dil bhul nai pata.
mana ki mohabbat mein mili saza humko,
ki har arzoo hi ban gayi hai aansuon ki wajah ab to,
jo toota tha khwab kabhie, ab aakhnon mein phir kaise sajaaun,
ab to sapno ke jhulon mein bhi main jhul nahi pata,
Ab bhi kuch yaadein hai jo main bhul nai pata.
jo dard hai mujh mein wo ghul nahi pata,
yun to hazaro chehre yaad nahi ab mujhko magar,
jo dil se nikla hi nahi usse kabhie bhul nai pata.

Salaam Mumbai ( the cry of the autowala)
They say I do not belong here,
They come and beat me anywhere,
Whether I lie along streets, homeless and alone,
Tired of sweating for every penny I own,
The come,ramp and burn,and destroy,
Nobody is there to here me cry,
When the cameras shoot and the police don't pry,
As the khakis and media have rules to adhere,
They show me that I do not belong here.
When I came here in the city of dreams,
in the midst of people, I was lost in screams,
learned to work for a living and never complain,
I took what was offered and overlooked the disdain,
when I conquered troubles as trifles and incurred some pain,
either lost in the darkness in the city of hopes,
I was building my dreams on the sundry layers,
and now they tell me I do not belong here.
I offered my service,my sweat,my blood,
When these Babus took decisions and hatred flood,
they took away or burnt every bit I earned,
hurt and burnt I cried lying in despair,
outcasted by those who have my language to compare,
As now still they say I do not belong here.
P.S This post is dedicated to those ruthless people who plunder the hopes of millions who strive on their hard earned daily wages. They burn their autos and shops just to create chaos and the one on the throne just glib rubbish around. Seriously its time that the MNS workers in Maharastra stop doing these acts of cruelty on the name of social service. May Goddess Durga bless these dumbos with some brains and the autowalas with hope and bestow some fortune on them.

Why do I feel guilty?
" So often people respond to guilt by engaging more in the guilt evoking act in an attempt to drown the sense of guilt" : Martin Luther King, Jr.
I feel that it's really an awsome way how nature works. If one hurts others we have a surge of emotions towards the person and empathy rises. This leads to shame, after all we are social animals right, no matter how bad we are we feel responsible. And the most astonishing fact is that we hurt those things too which we care about every second of our existence, ourselves.
The problem is that there are many ways we try to avoid guilt that result in more guilt. Its an unconscious process and also cyclic.
What I mean the feeling of the fact that one does wrong to someone by not performing up to the mark. At times it demoralizes you and crushes you from the inside.
You know how to overcome this guilt. Yes I found some ways. To curb the guilt one need commitment. There are a few simple things that I have changed and done and that has helped me to regain some self esteem in the recent past.
1. If you commit to something stick to it: It’s simple if you can’t complete something in or at the time you should never commit to such a work. It avoids further guilt and shame and saves a lot of time for reasoning and prevents unwanted arguments that may prove as source to more guilt. It took a long time for me to understand it and I would recommend it for each of us out there in the world who are troubled with being stuck in the cobwebs of their commitments and make their life a chaotic one.
2. Completed work = satisfaction= confidence. : Another simple equation and this really boosts you morale and you would be compelled to work further more. So we again have a work cycle and the output would be pure relaxation.
3. Forget the past..After you have learnt from it: The moment we look back in the past we tend to realize our failures and we are loaded with remorse. So my way of looking at the past is that you see your past as a learning experience. Don’t ever go crying over it, learn, and learn to overcome obstacles and avoiding mistakes. Learn to move on!!

Keep Smiling,

Why are you sad?..please smile
If you feel alone just give me a call,
I’ll be there before you fall,
Before you think you are tired and broke,
When fear dawns and voice chokes,
When bad times gulp down your smile,
Call me, just talk for a while.
Lost in the world or burnt in the sun,
When you urge your life for fun,
When your ambitions are lost in despair,
I’ll be the there, just call and share.
We’ll talk and solve it out,
Trifles, troubles and paring doubts.
Don’t just think..give me a call

Burn one, cut one, till we crush popcorn
Burn one, cut one, till we crush popcorn
I can blame but not better than the ones in whites,
Those who ate all up and now proclaim their rights,
Who thrive on our money and dwell in the brights,
the servant with fruits and master with blights.
I wonder why they keep asking me to pay,
for the price of my ever rising dismay,
they tell us to keep hope as there is a crisis to bear,
and add every year few more drops of tears.
Whom to call when even justice betrays,
Over black coated mascots of devils that says,
Whatever i prove is the truth among lies,
hence wit wins over justice and money over lives.
But I do live in a world of consummate daydreamers,
Who dwell on gossips and avoid the facts,
who admire the glamour and publicity hikes,
who socialize on ‘facebook’ and drool over ‘likes’.
For whom ‘today’s newspaper’ equals ‘tomorrow’s trash’,
For whom the country's beauty lies in ‘shahrukh’ and ‘aish’,
For who just a ‘bottle’ and petty parties are “matter”,
Those who live in ‘twitter’ and its endless platter.
So I don’t care nor hate nor scorn,
Burn one, cut one till we crush the popcorn,
Well it’s true that ‘$#!t Happens’ and it always will,
But who care if we lie in a ‘$#!thole’ still,
As they are the cats and we are the mice,
Lets hope for “sugar, spice and everything nice”.

Its not just Christmas
From one cell to another cell,
One to converse, the other to dwell,
life gone material as one becomes plastic,
tastes, opinions and thoughts have grown elastic.
The inner sanctums now in dismay,
As the satan lurks for its pray,
The frail, the timid, who hide in the shadows
As if the Satan won’t have his day.
No doubt we sail on a freaking ship,
With unmanned wheels, on the mast we stand,
Vexed by desire, acquainted to fear,
And eyes now look for an inch of land,
Where the anchor of faith can be based,
As the tides are high and resouces effaced,
drooling on past and future presaged,
in the hands of you we lie caged.
You know we lost track of the cause,
We stripped and sacked without a pause,
Above all rules and the laws,
its your raven who guides and caws.
The order by which humanity survives,
As bees in a tangled and lumping hive
Its not just on christmas by the way,
That all the ones out here will pray,
For a future of all even,
We pray for peace and prosperity within.
Amen.

INCEPTION
Well working out with the plot. It looks like the NOLAN's idea has been planted in my head. I dream of weird things and some of the most exotic places. I, for sure, know that its a dream whenever i dream of one as I can control my emotions and dream of bending it. Its really amazing that now even I am experimenting with my dreams.
I bend the dreams, the way I want. Sometimes i wake up from one dream to another. I recorded some dreams on my Walkman. Its really strange that dreams are a combination of fantastic atmosphere and mind blowing scenarios. One can create, destruct and recreate ones imagination in the dream-space.
I actually dream of some tangled combination of places in dreams. Once i had a dream about a place similar to my school, with my ISM batch-mates and some old friends. I also had some of my family members and few unknown. The image remains quite clear and situations change nearly every scene.
Another strange thing about a dream is one never dreams of a mission, or should i say my dreams lack motive. I dream of things and places and people are living ordinary lives. Once inside a dream, I never felt anything different than any other day in my life. Except that i knew for the fact that the people and situations are not so related.
My studies about the dreamworld will continue.
ok GTG.....gotta dream!!!
